Программы позволяет:

- Открывать DBPF 2 файлы (unencrypted TS3 .packages) и "ковыряться в них" (poke around at their innards).
- Создавать новые package файлы, вводя новые ресурсы и сохраняя их.
- Позволяет просмотр всех ресурсов в hex редакторе
- Позволяет делать предварительный просмотр некоторых типов ресурсов, в том числе BodyBlend, Css, Geom, Png, Dds, Nmap, Text, Scenegraph, Vpxy и XML файлов
- Позволяет сохранять изменения во множестве типов ресурсов, в том числе BodyBlend, Css, Png, Text и XML
- Позволяет экспортировать ресурсы в качестве файлов и импортировать существующие файлы в виде новых ресурсов.
- Для поиска ресурсов с данной комбинацией типа, группы и значений позволяет проводить поиск таких ресурсов в core .package файлах

What does it do?
